The individual insurance plan that starts when your employee health benefits stop. Losing your health benefits? With the economical protection offered by a FollowMe Health individual insurance plan, you can enjoy many of the health benefits you had at work. No medical questionnaire is required. Your acceptance is guaranteed – as long as you apply within 60 days of your group coverage ending.

FollowMe Health offers four different plans and a FollowMe Travel Add-on option, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and budget. All four plans include drug coverage. Two of the plans offer dental care coverage as well. Each plan also includes vision care, hospital accommodation and a wide variety of extended health care benefits, such as registered specialists and therapists, accidental dental, hearing aids, homecare and nursing, Health Service Navigator®, and more.
Acceptance Guaranteed
Your acceptance is guaranteed if you are a Canadian resident and you apply within 60 days of your group health coverage ending.
No medical questions
If you apply within 60 days of your group health coverage ending, you will not have to answer any medical questions. If you apply after 60 days, you will have to complete a medical questionnaire.
You’ll “own” this coverage
Unlike health benefits at work that can change or end as you move from one employer to another or retire, you will “own” your FollowMe Health individual insurance coverage no matter where the path of life takes you. You can apply at any age. There is no age maximum.
